I was billed twice for the same account

This sometimes happens after you change from one type of account to another. To avoid this problem, be sure to cancel old subscriptions in your PayPal account after upgrading account types. If, however, you have been billed twice. Just send an email to support@wundersolutions.com and include the following information:

  • Your Username
  • The dates of the payments
  • Your PayPal email address


Overpayments and double billings will be refunded ASAP. It makes the process faster when you send as much info as you can. If you can also forward your PayPal receipts, that is very helpful.
