There was a PayPal error -- have I been billed?

For a variety of reasons, a PayPal error may occur during a signup. A PayPal receipt will be emailed to you if you have been billed. You can also login to PayPal.com to ensure that you have not been billed. If no transaction appears in your account, then you have not been billed.
